A Builder Website That Helps Families Choose a Home

Buying a home is the biggest purchase most families make. AnnaiBharath Housing builds gated villa communities across Madurai. We built and keep growing the website that lets buyers compare projects, learn the basics of buying, and book a site visit — all from a phone.

Home buyers research for months before they call

A family looking for a villa in Madurai compares builders, areas, approvals, prices and loans. Most of this happens on a phone, over weeks or months, long before anyone visits a site office.

AnnaiBharath has several projects in different parts of the city, each with its own price range, unit count and approval status. A single brochure page could not hold all that clearly.

The website had to answer the buyer's questions honestly, keep every project easy to find, and make the next step — a call, a WhatsApp message or a site visit — one tap away.

How a buyer moves through the site

  1. Step 1 · Homepage

    Start with the projects

The homepage opens with a slider of current projects, each showing location, starting price, unit count and approval. The menu lists every project by name and area.

  2. Step 2 · Project page

Everything about one project, in one place

Each project has its own page with address, starting price, approval numbers, photos and features. "Book site visit" and "Call now" sit right under the name, and tabs let buyers jump to other projects.

  3. Step 3 · Buyer guides

    A library for first-time buyers

A buyer guide hub collects 54 guides on approvals, villas, locations, finance, NRI buying and choosing a builder. Buyers can search it or filter by topic.

  4. Step 4 · Testimonials

    Let real families speak

A testimonials page gathers video and written stories from families who bought homes, so a new buyer hears from people like them before visiting.

  5. Step 5 · Contact

    One conversation away

The contact page invites buyers to ask their first question. On phones, a bottom bar keeps Call, WhatsApp and Enquire visible on every page of the site.

What the site gives buyers

Built around the questions families ask before they book a site visit.

A page for every project

Eight projects in the menu, each with its own page, area, starting price and approval details.

54 buyer guides

Plain-language guides on DTCP and RERA approvals, gated communities, areas of Madurai, loans and first-time buying.

Area guides

Pages on buying a villa in Silaiman, Avaniyapuram, Nagamalai Pudukottai and Manthikulam meet buyers who search by area, not by builder.

Loan, EMI and NRI help

Home loan assistance, EMI and payment terms, and an NRI services page answer money questions early.

Video testimonials

Stories from families who already moved in, gathered on one page.

Call, WhatsApp, Enquire bar

A fixed bottom bar on phones keeps the three ways to get in touch visible on every page.

The thinking behind the build

Real estate buyers need patience and facts. The site is designed to give both.

01Projects before promises

The risk

Builder websites often open with slogans. A buyer wants to know what is available, where, and for how much.

What we did

The homepage leads with real projects — location, starting price, unit count and approval — before any brand story.

02Teach, then sell

The risk

First-time buyers are nervous about approvals, loans and choosing the wrong builder. Sales copy does not calm that worry.

What we did

A searchable library of buyer guides answers those questions in simple language and links to projects only where it helps.

03Search by area, not just by name

The risk

Many buyers search for "villas in Silaiman" or "homes in Avaniyapuram" before they know any builder's name.

What we did

Area guide pages describe each part of Madurai and the projects in it, so the site is there when that search happens.

04Never more than one tap from a person

The risk

A buyer who has a question late at night will not fill in a long form.

What we did

Call, WhatsApp and Enquire sit in a fixed bar on phones, and every project page puts "Book site visit" next to the project name.

What this website shows

Long decisions need deep content

A home buyer reads many pages over many weeks. The site should have something useful for every visit.

Every project deserves its own page

One page per project is easier to share on WhatsApp and easier for buyers to compare.

A website keeps growing

New projects, guides and testimonials have been added over the years. The structure was built to take them.

Frequently Asked Questions

We built annaibharathhousing.com and keep developing it: project pages, the buyer guide library, area guides, testimonials, loan and NRI pages, and the phone layout with call, WhatsApp and enquiry buttons.

A separate page for each project with location, price range and approval details, clear photos, answers to common buying questions, testimonials from past buyers, and an easy way to call or book a site visit.

Because most buyers research for weeks before they contact anyone. Guides on approvals, areas and loans answer those questions and keep the builder in mind while the family decides.
