One Hotel Website for Rooms, a Buffet and Five Banquet Halls

Hotel Royal Court sits opposite Madurai Railway Station. Guests come for three different reasons — a room, the Crystal Buffet or a banquet hall. We design and run royalcourtindia.com so each of those guests finds their own path quickly, and can call or WhatsApp the hotel from any page.

What we do

Website design, development, content updates and ongoing care

On the site

Rooms, Crystal Buffet, 5 banquet halls, offers, travel desk, guest blog

Platform

WordPress with Elementor, Hotel and FAQ schema

Three businesses under one roof

A hotel near a railway station and a famous temple gets very different visitors. A family wants a clean room near Meenakshi Temple. A local wants to know the buffet price tonight. Someone planning a wedding wants to know which hall fits 300 guests.

If all three land on the same crowded homepage, most of them give up and call another hotel. The website had to sort them in seconds and then give each one the details they came for.

Most of these visitors are on a phone, often standing at the station or sitting in a car. So the most important button on the site is the one that calls the front desk.

How each guest finds their way

  1. Step 1 · Homepage

Say what makes this hotel different

The first screen gives the location (opposite the railway station), the one thing no other Madurai hotel offers (a massage chair in every room) and two clear actions: book a stay or explore rooms.

  2. Step 2 · Rooms

Rooms explained before the guest asks

Each room type has its size, bed options and amenities listed plainly, with a "Book this room" button beside it. Guests compare without phoning the front desk first.

  3. Step 3 · Restaurant

Buffet prices on the first screen

The Crystal Buffet page shows breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend prices right at the top, with "Reserve a table" and "Call now". People deciding where to eat tonight want the price, not a story.

  4. Step 4 · Banquet halls

Events get their own front door

Five halls, from board meetings for 10 to weddings for 350, sit on their own page with a "Talk to banquet team" button and a separate banquet enquiry form, so event leads go to the right people.

  5. Step 5 · Contact

Every way to reach the hotel, in one place

The contact page lists the main reception line, the reservations mobile (also on WhatsApp), the booking email and the address with a landmark. On phones, a call button stays in the bottom bar on every page.

What the site does for the hotel

Every feature answers a question guests ask before they book.

A phone-first bottom bar

Rooms, Banquet, a large call button, Restaurant and Menu sit at the bottom of the screen on phones, where a thumb can reach them.

Separate paths for rooms, food and events

Rooms, the Crystal Buffet and the banquet halls each have their own page, menu entry and call to action.

WhatsApp and call on every page

The header carries the phone number and a WhatsApp link. Guests never have to hunt for a way to reach the hotel.

Hotel and FAQ schema

Structured data tells search engines this is a hotel, where it is and what guests often ask, so the details can show up directly in search.

A guest-focused blog

Articles answer real trip questions — staying near Meenakshi Temple, hotels near the railway station, parking, family stays — and point readers back to booking.

Offers and travel desk pages

Seasonal offers and a travel desk page give returning visitors a reason to come back to the site, not just to a booking app.

Design choices with a reason

A hotel website has one job: turn a visitor into a booking or a call.

01Lead with the one thing nobody else has

The risk

Every hotel says "comfortable rooms" and "great location". Those words do not help a guest choose.

What we did

The homepage and rooms page lead with the private massage chair in all 70 rooms, which the hotel says no other Madurai hotel offers. A real difference is easier to remember than an adjective.

02Put prices where people look first

The risk

Restaurant visitors leave if they have to scroll or call to find a price.

What we did

The buffet page shows each meal price in the opening screen, next to the reserve button.

03Keep banquet enquiries apart from room bookings

The risk

A wedding enquiry and a one-night booking need different staff and different details.

What we did

Banquets have their own page, their own button and their own enquiry form, so event leads do not get lost in the room booking queue.

04Design for a thumb, not a mouse

The risk

Many guests open the site on a phone while travelling. A small phone number in the header is easy to miss.

What we did

A fixed bottom bar on phones keeps the call button large and always visible, with rooms, banquet and restaurant one tap away.

What this website shows

One site can serve several businesses

As long as each kind of guest gets a clear path of their own from the first screen.

Specific beats impressive

A real feature, a real price and a real landmark do more than any amount of "luxury" wording.

A website is never finished

Offers, prices and articles change every season. Keeping them current is part of the job.

Frequently Asked Questions

We design, develop and look after royalcourtindia.com. That includes the rooms, restaurant and banquet hall pages, the phone layout, structured data for search engines, and regular updates to offers and articles.

One website works well if each part has its own page and its own call to action. Hotel Royal Court uses one site for rooms and the restaurant, with separate banquet pages and a separate banquet enquiry form. A dedicated banquet hall site is a separate project and has its own case study.

The location, the room types, prices where possible, and a large call or WhatsApp button that is always visible. Most hotel visitors browse on a phone, often while they are already travelling.

No. This page is about the website itself. Our separate Hotel Royal Court case study covers Google Business Profile results such as calls and direction requests.

Yes. We are based in Madurai and work with hotels and resorts across Tamil Nadu.

How we checked what is on this page

  • Screenshots were taken from the live royalcourtindia.com on 8 November 2026.
  • Page and article counts and the platform were read from the site and its public WordPress data on the same day.
  • Hotel facts — 70 rooms, the massage chair, the five halls, buffet prices and awards — are the hotel's own published details. Search and booking results are not covered on this page.
