A Page for Every Phone: Building a Repair Shop Website

iPro, in Anna Nagar, Madurai, replaces cracked edge and curved glass on phones while keeping the original display. People search for their exact phone model, so we built a site with a page for every model the shop can repair — and a booking form that takes under a minute.

What we delivered

Design, development, phone catalogue, booking system, SEO, hosting

Live since

Size

20 brands · 467 model pages · 508 URLs in the sitemap

Nobody searches for "phone repair". They search for their phone.

When a curved screen cracks, the owner searches for something like "Galaxy S24 Ultra glass replacement Madurai". A generic repair shop homepage does not answer that, and the owner moves on to the next result.

iPro's main service is unusual: it replaces only the broken top glass and keeps the factory display underneath. Customers need to understand that quickly, and they need to know if their own model can be done.

The shop is small. It had no price list, opening hours or reviews ready to publish yet. The website had to work well without any of those — and never fill the gaps with made-up numbers.

Built big, kept fast

Hundreds of pages, and still quick on an ordinary phone connection.

From cracked screen to booked repair

  1. Step 1 · Homepage

Explain the service in four words

"New glass. Original display." The homepage shows a phone being repaired in 3D, explains what glass-only refurbishing means, and offers "Book a repair" and "Chat on WhatsApp".

  2. Step 2 · Brand page

Find your brand, then your model

Each of the 20 brands has a page listing every model the shop covers, with filters for series and screen type (curved, flat or foldable), a search box and sorting.

  3. Step 3 · Model page

Your exact phone, your exact repair

Every model page shows the phone, its year, screen size and panel type, and whether glass-only refurbishing is available for it. "Book a repair" opens the booking form with the phone already filled in.

  4. Step 4 · Service page

Teach what makes the shop different

The edge glass refurbishing page explains how the repair works layer by layer, compares it with a full screen replacement, and helps people check if their phone qualifies.

  5. Step 5 · Booking

    Book in four short steps

Phone, problem, details, confirm. The customer can add a photo of the damage. The shop replies on WhatsApp with the price and the earliest slot, and no payment is needed to book.

What went into the build

A small shop with a big catalogue, built to be found and to be easy to book.

Search for your phone

A site-wide search (Ctrl K on a computer) knows brand names, model names and short forms like "s24u" or "15pm".

Verified model catalogue

Every model has a recorded source confirming it exists and whether its screen is curved or flat. Unconfirmed models are left out.

Booking that never fails

The four-step form works even with JavaScript switched off. Each booking is saved first, so a mail problem can never lose a lead.

Private photos

Damage photos are re-saved on the server with location data removed before they are stored.

WhatsApp hand-off

After booking, the customer can send the same details to the shop on WhatsApp with one tap.

Academy page

Added a week after launch: a page for the shop's repair training courses, linked from the main menu.

Decisions behind the build

Most of the work was in what the site refuses to guess.

01Hide what is not confirmed

The risk

Repair sites often show star ratings, "10,000 phones fixed" and fixed prices — even when the numbers are invented.

What we did

Reviews, stats, hours and warranty length stay hidden until the shop supplies real ones. Prices say "Get a price" instead of a guess.

02Never list a phone that may not exist

The risk

Auto-generated model lists include phones never sold in India, or get curved and flat screens wrong — and then the shop gets the wrong customers.

What we did

Each model was checked one brand at a time against the maker's site or a trusted spec source, and the source is stored with the model.

03Speed first, 3D second

The risk

A 3D phone looks great but can make a page slow on a budget phone.

What we did

A still image of the phone loads first, so the page appears quickly. The 3D version loads only after the page is ready, and is skipped on devices that cannot run it well.

04Save every booking before anything else

The risk

If an email fails, many websites lose the enquiry without anyone noticing.

What we did

Bookings go into the shop's own database first. Email and WhatsApp are extras on top, so a lead is never lost.

What this build shows

Match the way people search

For repairs, the model name is the search. A page per model meets the customer at that exact moment.

Empty is better than invented

A site can look complete and trustworthy while it waits for real reviews and prices.

Big sites can still be fast

Static pages, light code and smart loading kept hundreds of pages quick on mobile.

Frequently Asked Questions

We designed and built ipromadurai.com: a homepage with a 3D phone, pages for 20 phone brands and 467 phone models, service pages, a four-step repair booking form with photo upload and WhatsApp hand-off, an academy page, and the search setup. Work started on 16 October 2026 and the site went live on 19 October 2026.

Because customers search for their own phone — "iPhone 15 Pro Max glass replacement" or "Galaxy S24 Ultra screen". A page for that model answers the search directly and lets the customer book for that phone.

Yes. iPro's pages are built ahead of time, carry very little code, and load heavy parts like the 3D phone only after the page is ready. Key pages scored 94 to 97 for mobile performance in Lighthouse on launch day.

Launch without them. The iPro site hides reviews, stats and warranty details until the shop supplies real ones, and shows "Get a price" instead of guessed prices.

Not yet. The site launched in October 2026. We will add results only when there is enough real data.

How we checked what is on this page

  • Screenshots were taken from the live ipromadurai.com on 8 November 2026. Page counts come from its sitemap on the same day.
  • Build dates, the catalogue checks and Lighthouse scores come from the project's own build records and test reports on our server.
  • Some service photos on the live site are licensed stock images until the shop supplies its own; phone images come from the makers. No traffic or booking figures are claimed.
